5 Months old!

It is hard to believe that we are the parents of three 5 month old babies! Each day brings lots of smiles that are sure to melt your heart! The mornings are my favorite time of day, as each baby wakes up so happy to see you! It has definitely made the transition of going back to work that much harder. I still would give anything to stay home with them each day, but for now I am back at work 32 hours a week. I count down the hours each day until I can head home to snuggle them, wishing the cars in front of me would only go that much more faster.
Madelynn is still proving to be the little feisty one of the group. She is now the first one to wake up at night hungry and when she wants to eat, she wants it now! Yesterday she proved that she was getting as strong as her brothers, as she rolled over for the first time! I was so glad that she saved it for when mom was home, definitely made my night!
We are bringing Mason down to Children’s next Monday the 16th to have his hemangioma by his right eye checked out. We are hoping they will want to remove it, but I have a feeling they will not do surgery on him if they can help it. We are still waiting for Mason to roll over, as he is the last one to give it a go. I am guessing any day now, since both Maddy and Dylan have already accomplished it.
Dylan is by far our most happy little guy. Every time we go and get him out of his crib, whether it be after nap time or in the morning, he always has a smile to share as soon as he sees you.
All 3 babies are sleeping better at night, which has been a great help for mom and dad. They usually go from about 7pm until anywhere between 2 and 4 am, and then wake up around 7 am. They are all getting so good at holding their heads up during tummy time and sitting in the bumbo chairs. They have also all 3 learned that sucking their thumbs is the best thing ever. It’s so cute to see them all do it at the same time.  They had a great first Easter up at Grandma Bonnie’s house. They got to meet their cousin’s Aeriana and Bayleigh for the first time. It was so cute seeing Maddy and Aeriana together; they are going to be great friends, we just know it!
We are feeling so blessed to have 3 such wonderful little miracles in our lives. With triplets being such a high risk pregnancy there are so many things that could have gone wrong, but someone was definitely watching over us through this whole process. We can not thank everyone enough for all their prayers that helped get us to this point!
Love,
S&B+3
Happy Easter!!!

Telling the babies that the Easter bunny came when they were sleeping. Dylan was excited, Mason was confused and Maddy was scared! haha!
